L’archive photo We Are City Plaza (2017-2019) a été collectée par Claude Somot et Xiaofu Wang entre février 2017 et février 2019 à City Plaza à Athènes, un squat qui a accueilli des milliers de réfugiés et de bénévoles internationaux pendant la période de son fonctionnement.

Composée d’environ 12 000 images prises par les résidents de City Plaza, l’archive a été exposée lors de plusieurs expositions en France, en Grèce et en Allemagne.

We Are City Plaza est une œuvre collaborative, qui n’aurait pas été possible sans la participation de plus de 80 photographes.

The We Are City Plaza (2017-2019) photo archive was collected by Claude Somot and Xiaofu Wang between February 2017 and Feburary 2019 in City Plaza Athens, a leftist housing project which provided accommodation for thousands of refugees and international volunteers in the time that it was running.

Containing around 12,000 images taken by the residents of City Plaza. The archive has been exhibited in several exhibitions in France, Greece and Germany.

We Are City Plaza is a collaborative work, which would not have been possible without the 80+ photographers who took part.
